Delivers exactly as promised. My one criticism is that their emails are annoyingly informal. You're not my friend; don't talk to me like that.

Never received gift card app keeps freezing up. It's too much of a hassle just send the barcode instead of waiting and jumping thru hoops and useless emails

Waiting hours for card is unacceptable after paying. Still processing, still processing. Tried another time to see if a fluke and same experience. Still don't have cards. Done with this company

I purchased the cards but they are unable to be used in canada which I was not aware of until the person I had sent the gift to tried to redeem it

I purchased this gift card and the reason I got a Visa gift card is because it was advertised as able to use anywhere. I have tried multiple sites and uploads and nothing! It is so frustrating. Going onto the crappy website isn’t user friendly. When receiving the email it says redeem now you click and then it opens another page. But doesn’t allow you to save to your wallet or phone. Then it gets denied and i know have to navigate the site to register. And still so many limitations
