***Update***
Sent the additional information that was requested and I contacted them twice via chat. I still have no resolution and my card still has a pending charge for a gift card that was NEVER RECEIVED.

I tried to send a scheduled card for a birthday but it cancelled due to security concerns. I was able to send the card on time on the same day successfully through email.
