I still have yet to receive my gift cards i ordered its been well over 2 hours and the experience hasnt been that great. I use to get them immediately and now. Still have nothing at all

Edit : Ok its been about 12-14 hours later, still nothing even though it was set to instant send. But they did reach out too me so im gunna give 3 stars because thats respecful, and i do always get the cards fast this is just an exception. Hopefully ill recieve them soon

Sent a gift card to one of my friends in the middle east, and when he tried to access the site from his country it was blocked. My card was still charged. And there's no warning system in place to give someone a heads up.

Trying to speak to someone in customer service is not even an option and then to top it off. I got $100 gift card from a friend and I’ve used $27 of it and my balance is $25 I’m trying to get the answer to where the rest of the hundred dollars that and it’s impossible to get an answer
