I bought the Airbnb gift card for my family to use while in Italy and wasn't able to activate it. The site should make more clear that the cards can only be redeemed in the USA. I filed for refund about 30min after purchase when I couldn't redeem the card and was declined.

Someone stole my credit card and used your business to run up a bunch of fraudulent charges. Apparently you allow people to Text gift cards to their phone without supplying even an address. I called customer support and they couldn't delete the account. I don't know why.

Get rid of my account please, i don't want it, your business is being used by thieves.

I recently purchased a gift card and have not gotten any form of confirmation or receipt, the only thing I have is a charge to my card and no gift card to show for it, I was never prompted to make an account so I can’t access the purchase
