I do not like the fact that you do not provide tracking info. We sent the giftcard as a surprise gift, therefore, we do not want to ask the recipient if they received it and ruin the surprise. This is "money" being shipped, why would you not provide a tracking #?!?! Suppose it gets lost or delivered to the wrong place?!?! Please fix this issue!

I am taking some of the blame because I didn't read where you can only use this online not as a real virtual card where you can pay at pos stations. But I feel like it shouldn't be called a virtual gift card if it can't do it all.

you do not state this card can only be used for online purchases. i feel scammed. also the fact u cannot add it to a digital wallet is outdated, i will never use your service again nor will i recommend it.

They sold a card that is useless, refuses to do anything about it. I think there needs to be a class action lawsuit against these scammers.
When I called customer service , they claimed it was not their card kept asking what store did we buy it. It was bought over the phone sent by text ! These are scammers and need to be in prison !!

The gift card had issues activating. Contacted your customer service and haven't heard back for over 2 hours.
Edit: added the details, still have not heard back from them for another 12 hours. Currently about 24 hours from initial contact without a resolution.
