Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, sowohl bei Abholung und bei wieder Abgabe.
Das Auto war neu und gut gewartet.
Es wurde nicht zwanghaft versucht noch eine zusätzliche Versicherung abzuschliessen. Es wurde nur dezent erwähnt und erklärt, dass das die Deposit Summe verringert, für Leute interessant welche keine hohe Kreditkartendeckung haben.

Wass mir nicht gefallen hat, ist dass bei Check24 steht, dass es einen Shuttel Service vom Flughafen (Split) gibt, gab es aber nicht. Avia ist ca. 400m vom Flughafengebäude entfernt, nicht sehr weit aber ungeschickt wenn man viele Koffer hat und kleine Kinder.
Für die Winterausrüstung wurden zusätzlich 35 Eur verlangt, bei der Buchung über Check24 waren diese Kosten jedoch nicht ersichtlich. Allgemein sollte man wohl die Daten welche Check24 hat überprüfen.

"Extra insurance cost on pickup"

We booked a car in Bello Horizonte Brazil in June. We booked it from the Avia website with full insurance. Upon pickup we were told our booking didn’t have full coverage and we needed to pay extra, despite having proof (screenshots) of their website with the option checked. They didn’t speak any English and ended up paying the extra amount. Which was a lot. We were happy to have the insurance though, because we run a flat tire in the way back.

The car rental process was easy and efficient—definitely a smooth experience overall. However, a few points left me scratching my head: the unexpected winter charge and the cleaning fee. Does this mean a similar seasonal charge will be compulsory in the summer too? Clarity on that would certainly help future renters!
