Disappointed with several things.
Being a consumer who rents cars very often, this was my first time using AVIA as my chosen company.

My surprise was when I arrived in Zagreb, that I ended up paying for a lot of things that I was obliged to hire, such as the winter tyres or crossing to Slovenia.
Also, the request from the front desk that I should bring the car in the same clean condition as taken, including having to hoover the floor mats or wash the car from outside. I am aware it is not to bring the car full of mud, but that was simply ridiculous.
Last, but not least, the awareness that any scratch or dent would be penalised. All companies have a minimum requirement, as it is completely impossible to predict a small stone on the road from the car in front of mine, or a 1cm scratch when opening a door in a parking.

It made me feel that it is not worth hiring again.

On the upside, the car was very nice and the clerk was very polite and helpful

Le prix affiché sur internet lors de la réservation a augmenter de 210€ à 480€ alors que je n'ai pas été prévenue. Un prix fixé est censé être respecté. Rien n'affichait ces assurances et prix supplémentaires à payer sur place.
La personne que j'ai vu sur place ne prenait pas le temps de parler plus doucement, alors que je le lui demandais. Je suis très déçue et ne réserverais plus avec cette agence. Je ne suis pas la seule, car sur place plusieurs français ont été forcés de payer beaucoup plus cher que ce qui était prévu à la réservation. Et ce jusqu'à presque 100o€
La voiture était parfaite pour mon voyage.
