I really find dealing with evolve nothing but tedious! Absolutely never answer the damn phone!
Also I got a letter saying by now you will have received our previous statement…. I haven’t , a total waste of effort trying to get anything- in the end I had to get my company that I retired from 4 moths ago to talk to them as they don’t talk to me !!!!

Refused to return money because I hadn’t confirmed that I didn’t want to opt in to lousy pension scheme, when I hadn’t been asked if I wanted to opt in, just took it from my employer and kept it, and blaming my employer for sending it to them!!! Stinks any excuse not to do the right thing, return the money!
