Firstly I didn't want a pension with you and after trying for almost 3 months you finally stopped taking money from my wages none of which was returned so I would never recommend you to anyone your customer service was useless I was told on multiple occasions I would be sent forms and never received anything I could give you a list of everyone I spoke to and dates but as you probably don't care I won't bother

I have tried on numerous occasions to contact this company, about a pension they say I have with them, the contact details they gave do not work, I have emailed ( not sure how many time, but enough to be annoyed), so I have given up, but they still send me generic email. I have tried to get contact details, to phone them, and speak with a human being, but again with know success. Rant over.frustrating to say the least.
