I fell for this scam last year and got a useless poster. This company is trash.

I have been trying to cancel for months is not years. I would like to just take what I have and end the account. The live chat on the website does not work. Every time I say on the phone I want to cancel, someone says that I have an irreversible deal that will save me so much money for the entire year.
I just want to stop any relations with Personnel Concepts. No more pushy calls. No more bills. I paid everything and it's astronomical. What happened with the less than $20 letter? On the website my order history only shows an order of $10. On on my emails I have a bill for $697.87!!!!!!! How is that not in my order history!? No more. I am done!

I received a letter in the mail stating I needed to buy posters, so I did it said it was $14.95 and another $5 I believe to get it laminated. I received that poster and then got a call from someone saying I owed $170 something dollars which covers the rest of the year. Excuse me!!!!! Then I got another poster or something from them which I didn't even order or open. They calls will not stop they keep harassing and calling from all kinds of numbers. LEAVE ME ALONE!!! Us small business don't have anything to give in this pandemic or after.

Every single day we get a call to update our posters for $250/year. They send us letters to our new address every week. When they call, their system does not have the correct info.

Personnel Concepts from California keeps on spamming with their official looking mail to buy their posters. They are referring into law and consequences if you do not buy. This is a scam. Do NOT pay. You can get these posters from official State Sites.

They are terrible. Complete scam. They keep sending us things and then sending the bill after when we did not order anything. Terrible place!

they call every day, I have never gotten the product for which I already paid for 2 months ago, They keep calling and calling, STAY AWAY FROM THEM

"Dishonest and rude"

Dishonest and rude. Even when you tell them, politely, via phone and email that you are working with another provider they tell you that there are NO OTHER providers and that you aren't getting the right posters. The Department of Labor does not charge you money to access the posters that they require. They are openly available. We are trying for a THIRD time to get the calls to stop so fingers crossed.

"SCAM"

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. Somehow they got my info a few years ago. The lady that called me made it seem like she worked for the government. She kept repeating that we were not in compliance and that I had to order the posters from Personnel concepts. So they got me then for over $200 dollars. Then the harassment started with phone calls and mail to get us to buy more posters. I was so fed up with them! I asked them to REMOVE ME FROM THEIR LIST! I got a break but not long after the phone calls start again. Today a salesperson calls me again. Her name is Madeline, I asked her to remove me from her list and she said no, that they were a federal agency contracted by the federal that mandates for all businesses to be in compliance. I told her that I was feeling harassed by them and she said as soon as you take care of this I will make sure you don't get any more calls. Pushy, Pushy, Pushy. I refuse to work with a company like this one. They are not the only company you can get this posters from. Amazon has everything you need. Please REMOVE ME FROM YOUR LIST!

TOTAL SCAM DONT AGREE OR ANSWER THE PHONE, EVEN IF YOU TELL THEM NO. THEY WILL SEND AND INVOICE OR BILL TO PAY THEM. WE DID RETURN TO SENDER ON ALL 3 DIFFERENT ITEMS THEY TRIED TO SEND US. THIS WAS BACK ON SEPT 2019. TODAY WE RECEIVED A NOTICE FROM THEIR COLLECTION AGENCY. I NOW HAVE TO REPOT THEM ALONG WITH SO MANY OTHERS TO THE BBB. BEWARE DONT AGREE TO ANYTHING DONT TAKE THEIR CALLS DONT ANSWER THEIR EMAILS, THEY ARE LIARS AND VERY PUSHY AND RUDE ON THE PHONE.
