"DO NOT order from them!!"
My workplace has had them call multiple times a day, "We've tried to reach out to you 12 or 13 times this month." (As quoted by the third caller we received today.) It is only the 18th day of the month. I told them we wouldn't pay $600+ for these posters and the lady (second caller for the day) kept giving me discounts for loyalty. Shipping on these posters for the year still totaled $47.99. They get very pushy and nosy about why we would not use them. Said they were the only company who was complaint with all branches of government. Avoid them at all costs.

"Do not order anything from this…"
Do not order anything from this company. The $20 order escalated to 251 when they called me. I declined everything but the $20 part originally ordered. When QA reviewed the recording I had pushed back but said I agreed to the purchase. Very dishonest scam.

"If you order posters from this company"
If you order posters from this company, someone will call your place of business and harass you. They will tell you that you're non-compliant with the law unless you buy a lot more posters, for hundreds of dollars. I finally hung up on someone who would not listen to me, and he called again, and I had to hang up on him again because he was being aggressive with me. Do NOT order anything from this company!!!

"$4.95 Ordered & Paid For... Upsale with Employee to $198!!!!"
Between December 26, 2019 and January 3, 2020, I ordered a $4.95 space-saver OSHA Employer Poster for $4.95. On January 9, 2020, a PC employee called my store and and spoke with my son, an employee. They told him that I had placed an order (which I had already told him about as I was going out of town for a month), and that they needed him to “authorize” the purchase. Since he knew I had placed the order, he said ok. When I returned from my trip on February 3, 2020 there was a package waiting with about 10 posters and miscellaneous stuff in it. I asked him about it and he said somebody called and said that I had ordered it.
Yesterday, February 5, 2020, I received a call from Yesenia Rivera, advising me that I had not paid my bill. I explained to her that I only ordered the one poster, for $4.95, and that they had shipped a bunch of other stuff. She told me that a representative from Personal Concepts had spoken with my son, who identified himself as a “Authorized Buyer” for the XXXX XXXX Store and that he had authorized additional purchases on behalf of the store.
This is NOT the conversation that my son had with the caller. First of all, my business is a Sole Proprietorship, I am the sole owner, and my son is an Employee of the store, not an authorized Buyer. When I explained this to Ms. Rivera, she informed me that it did not matter. Since my son was questioned about purchasing additional products and authorized additional purchases, and since the grace period of 7 days to return any products, had passed, that I was responsible for the charges. And when I asked her what those charges were, she informed me that I had a bill for $198.54!!!! When I again tried to emphasize that my son COULDN’T authorize any purchase, and that I couldn’t return the product within 7 days because I was in Washington State for a month (and I have airline/hotel receipts to prove it), she again responded that it didn’t make any difference. I then asked her where the bill was. She said it had been emailed it. I advised her that that email was incorrect and that I had not received any bill, she said she would send a copy to THAT email. I then informed her that I would contact my attorney, and would proceed from there.
I did not order these additional products. One of their reps called and misrepresented what I ordered in such a blatant manner to up-sale my purchase with someone who was not even authorized to make that purchase on my behalf. And I will not pay for a purchase “I” did not make.

"Received a regular mail from them…"
Received a regular mail from them stating the company I work for "As a customer, we are legally obligated to notify you that the Labor LAw Poster you received from us for your business is obsolete and must be updated to reflect recent state and federal posting revisions."
1) I have NEVER ordered a poster from you
2) This is BLATANTLY FALSE information you are presenting.
This SAME POSTERS that send you this mail with language intended to make you believe you are in violation of compliance laws you make people believe they are in violation of are EASILY DOWNLOADABLE from the U.S. Department of Labor FOR FREE (dol.gov /general/topics/posters).
(From the Department of Labor website)
"The elaws Poster Advisor can be used to determine which poster(s) employers are required to display at their place(s) of business. Posters, available in English and other languages, may be downloaded free of charge and printed directly from the Advisor. If you already know which poster(s) you are required to display, see below to download and print the appropriate poster(s) free of charge."

"How do I give zero stars"
How do I give zero stars? Complete scam on new business owners. Stay away. Their mail makes it look like it's legit, and then they phone you and strongarm you out of money. Unbelievably bad business.

"I'm going to add my two cents to the…"
I'm going to add my two cents to the long list of unhappy customers. Just like everyone else, I have listened and responded to their entire script, when I say NO I JUST WANT THAT ONE POSTER, they hang up on me and call again the next day. Of course, my poster is on hold until they talk to me, AGAIN!
This is a huge waste of time for me and my employees. All I want from this company is my poster. How can they hold something I've paid for? Is this legal? I've had it!
