Parking is a nightmare at their Chula Vista location
Not only that but you won't be able to pay with cash. YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY TO PARK ($40 a hour) Aline the cashier is very unconcerned and won't bother to help you with questions outside the product or payment
I've been shopping at ShopiOSx for years as a ship only customer. I was so excited when they announced they were opening up a mini store near me. I placed an order for a Nintendo switch lite (a 3 pack), I came to pick up my order 30 minutes later
Ever since ShopiOSx has expanded, their customer service Has become less personable & the shipping and delivery fees has become higher. If you're looking to reach out by phone, expect to wait a long long time before you receive a callback
After I explained the terrible customer service, Jessica (the owner) offered a 20% discount like that was supposed to make things better
ShopiOSx has sadly lost me as a customer. Won't be
Ordering again
Tip for consumers:
ShopiOSx needs to improve on their customer service.
You will be charged for pickup at any location; and there is NO way to waive this fee.
No Cash accepted

"Had to return my Gaming PC after the…"
Had to return my Gaming PC after the fans were too loud and corporate refused to give me a coupon. Spent $796 extra to get the RTX 3090 and while it is a better option it’s the LEAST best option.
I was excited and wanted to like this but the 1st one arrived with a number of items not connected originally even though it had a card that stated it was tested within the past month. Went through Tech support and got everything connected but it would not boot. Ran more tests and tech support stated it needed to be returned due to a bad GPU. Returned and waited for amazon to do the refund and ordered the same, silly I know but this was the one I wanted. Received the second one and it booted fine then crashed. Did some troubleshooting and went through tech support as well and they stated they believe the motherboard was faulty and it needed to be replaced. I did not try a 3rd time.

"Scam"
I have been waiting on an ordwer since OCT 7 - they have avoided and ignored me and have changed their website and information 3 times since that time. Until I either receive my money back or the items i purchased - this is a scam

"My complaint is regarding local…"
My complaint is regarding local delivery. We are an apartment community and the drivers are dropping packages in a pile at the front door of our property, outside at our mail area. These residents expect their packages to be dropped in a secure location, like in front of their apartment door as it should be done.
These drivers are lazy and these packages could be stolen very easily, in turn costing ShopiOSx a lot of money to replace the items stolen.
Something needs to be done.

"Taxes and shipping fees are way too…"
Taxes and shipping fees are way too expensive, how can you call yourself a discount store and still up charge for local delivery? My delivery came after 3 hours and I had to pay and additional $20 for it. Unbelievable SMH
sales tax is also charged on this fee too

"It’s been 2 months since I brought a…"
It’s been 2 months since I brought a Gaming PC from them and I’m honestly very irritated/aggravated with the entire experience. Firstly, the PC I brought was on sale for $299 so I figured it would be a great option and save me some major cash. The delivery wasn’t horrible but I got free shipping and I wish the representative would have told me upfront “FREE SHIPPING IS ONE OF THE LONGEST METHODS WE HAVE!”
As far as quality the PC came new but the configurations and engine quality is poor.
This PC would be great if it didn't crash and restart every 30 minutes!! I have tried to test my RAM sticks and that's not the problem, not the power supply either, I just can't find out what is wrong with it!! I stream COD Warzone occasionally and lately I cannot even play the game on it's own because my whole computer crashes, I tried putting the game in "safe mode" like it suggested me to, but it still crashes and restarts.
The store did refund me.
The only thing I recommend buying from here is the Apple Keyboard and Apple pencil. Gaming PCs NOT WORTH IT

"The sales representative I spoke to…"
The sales representative I spoke to hyped the iPhone 14 pro max up to me. I already had the 13 pro max and was expecting the Terrible indoor/low light pictures
This camera is atrociously bad indoors. I don’t believe there is any technology that makes low light look better in this phone, we have been duped. It does the exact opposite. The grainiest pictures ever inside, makes all of my indoor pictures look like they were taken at night and then a picture was taken of that picture… that’s how bad it is. Outside looks good but all my outdoor pictures already looked fine so apparently I spent all this money to make my indoor pictures look worse. Beyond that: 1. Lately it gets stuck on landscape mode(or whatever it’s called when the screen doesn’t rotate) even tho I haven’t locked it 2. It’s super annoying having that white bright bar at the bottom when I read my kindle at night since you can’t swipe it away. You can supposedly go through and disable it manually but you have to do it every time before you open the app and that only makes it that much more annoying how much trouble it is to get rid of it
I was also charged an extra $50 because I opted for local same day delivery on cyber Monday. Overall a money wasting experience.

"Prices are affordable & decent but I…"
Prices are affordable & decent but I was upset with my recent switch. The customer service agent, Jaylyn, told me that the 14 Pro max was way better then my 13 mini. And so far it’s been the same!! I paid an extra $100 for overnight delivery for a phone that’s basically JUST the same. But bigger.
Disappointed in quality (don't make the switch)
Disappointed in quality (don't make the switch) As a long time Samsung user, I had decided to try the switch to Apple with the expectation it would be more durable. I have had an Apple computer and tablet in recent years and the quality was exceptional. This is not the case with this phone. After 3 weeks of use it's already has a scratch or crack developing and the only time it was dropped was it fell off a couch with a protective cover. I've had Samsung phones for 14 years and only had one phone crack. Hindsight is 20/20. Definitely not an upgrade in quality. I also have the same network and can't understand why I would have poorer connectivity than I do with an Android. Rarely ever have more than 1 bar and almost never have 4G or 5G service and I lived in the same populated area for 5 years. I'm glad I ran the test so now I know, but the only positive thing is that I have some more free time since I don't use it that much so I can hopefully get it to last for 2 years. If you're thinking of making the switch for quality, just don't. It's not worth the time. Apple products aren't as intuitive as Apple people lead you to believe. The battery life isn't all that great either. I believe it's because the apps all keep running in the background for faster performance when you pull them back up, and the only way to shut them down is one at a time

"$400 WASTED, COMPANY REFUSES TO REIMBURSE ME!!!"
After parking at their San Diego location I’m out of an additional $400 WHOPPING DOLLARS! Corporate has REFUSED to refund me and says they have nothing to do with city towing laws and restrictions.
I live in San Diego, they luckily have a location right by me in Chula Vista. I came, parked and wen to pickup my order. Because of my bank having problems, I was in there WAYYYY longer then I suspected and I ended up accidentally spending 30 minutes in their until my back unlocked my card
I was buying a ps5, Nintendo switch OLED and a iPhone case cover. I spent more then $200. When I went back outside to get in my car it was GONE, nobody notified me it was being towed or anything. When I went back in to the store the cashier, Magdalena told me she couldn’t help me and that I would have to call corporate because they had no real affiliation with the tow company
So I call corporate and leave a voicemail with HR, the CFO and customer service to get down to the bottom of it immediately. The regional manager for California, Jessica reached out to me to resolve the situation.
I had to pay an EXTRA $400 TO GET MY CAR OUT OF THE TOW LOT! Not only is this illegal but it’s egregious. I was towed by YADALA and they refused to give me any explanation. My car was double parked in front of Shopiosx.
She told me she couldn’t reimburse me the $400 since they had no affiliation and it’s known on the website that I can’t park there
It’s true it says it on the website but there’s NO SIGNS on the street saying I’d be towed
I told her the palpable responsibility was on Shopiosx, and that they owed me $400 especially after I spent over $200 for my products that day.
Jessica refused to give me a refund and at the end of the day only offered me a $275 credit for the store.
I’ve spent now more then $600 after dealing with this store and I’m very upset!! W
The way their customer service is so dismissive and quick to get you out of the way is TERRIBLE!
This store needs a major upgrade on customer service. NASTY, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Would not recommend and their parking is terrible.
Why would you have a location with no viable parking?
I’ve reported the towing incident to both the BBB and the store.

"$400 GONE! VERY UPSET!"
Out of $400 & Customer Service refuses to reimburse me
Very upset with what happened at my previous visit. The parking is a NIGHTMARE at this location. A literal nightmare. I placed an order for pickup and was sent a notification stating my order was ready, I called the store beforehand and let the cashier know I was on the way. Initially, she told me they accept credit/debit card only. So I go to the bank and put the money on my card. I was purchasing a pair of AirPods, Oculus quest 2 and a Nintendo switch OLED. At their Chula Vista location, there is NO parking at all. The street is a busy intersection. The buses can barely even get the people at the metro stop here. I literally double parked my car in the street and was there for 10 minutes, my card wasn't working at first so it took a little longer than usual. When I came outside finally my car was in the process of being towed. I told the cashier and she reiterated that there was no street parking & that if I had a car that I'd need to park in the lot across the street. I was devastated & explained they were towing my car and the cashier told me she couldn't help and that I'd have to email Corporate (in Menlo Park) to get a resolution. I had to pay $400 to get my car out of the tow lot.
I emailed them, took them a week to reach out to me regarding the situation. At first I was hopeful that it'd be resolved considering I spent money already at the store. The representative handling my case, Robert, told me he wouldn't be reimbursing me for the trouble because they aren't associated with the tow company and they weren't the ones who called the tow truck. He also explained that on their website it says no street parking. He was very rude with my case and rushed. In the end they offered me a $250 coupon/credit but I really wanted my money. I feel like it's the least they could do considering I was a customer. Now the case is closed and they won't even review it. The items were brand new and sealed but I was bummed about being out of $400 extra because I went to their store.
Tip for consumers:
DO NOT PARK AT THEIR CHULA VISTA LOCATION. BUYER BEWARE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM IS NOT SYMPATHETIC
THEY DO NOT ACCEPT CASH, CREDIT CARDS ONLY AND NO JCB CLUB
