I am from NZ, Recently I have ordered 6 dresses from Laam, I have received the dresses very fast within a week.

All my dresses are well-packed and genuine. One of the dresses was having an issue. I have contacted the customer service. Zainab Asad case manager was really helpful. She was in direct touch upon raising a complaint and took immediate steps to resolve the issue within 24 hours. I am really happy with their service and quality of products laam is delivering.

"Rubbish"

Rubbish quality items. All bad replicas.i ordered unstitched. Most with very little fabric. (Some cannot be made into a child's size even!). So disappointing. Hard lesson learned as I ordered about 8 suits. Never again

Very good customer service. I ordered 5 dresses, 4 of them were perfect as shown in the pictures. Siraf 1 dress mujhe pasand nhi aya because of the organza fabric used, which was clearly mentioned in the discription of the dress magar maine order krne se pehle discription nhi dheki thi jo k sarasar mairi ghalti thi magar customer service ne naa siraf dress ki amount refund ki balke courier charges b dedi. I was amazed by their such good response.
