I have purchased a few items from them periodically and hands down they have one of the quickest and best customer service ever!!! I had a potli bag missing from my order, and they were able to respond in a timely manner and issued me a gift card. Will be purchasing at Laam over and over again!!!!! ♥️♥️♥️

This is my 4th large order from laam and as before I am thrilled with my order delivery.

The descriptions are very detailed, the pictures are clear on the website, customer service is via email or WhatsApp but they answer my questions that you have. Shipping is exactly as promised.

The quality of the dresses is exactly as described and I have no complaints. The only downside is expensive shipping to the US. Shipping is usually more than the order total!!

I hope Laam can work out a better pricing deal with DHL so the patrons in the US can enjoy beautiful Pakistani outfits without paying an arm and a leg for shipping.

In the end I love shopping at Laam! Thank you for being there for me!!!!

Paid for an order 10 days ago my bank says payment sent and received, these clowns claim they haven't received anything?? Sent proof but customer services don't seem to understand English on whatsapp keep giving standard reply. The bank confirmed you have the money why are you lieing just send the damn . 10 days and still saying we haven't received. I even sent transaction complete details yet all ignored. DO NOT BUY unless you want a HEADACHE now laam fix your problem
