Laam's shipping cost is extremely high now. If i want to order 32,000's items, it would cost me 34,000 in shipping cost. This shipping cost makes no sense. Laam's customer service is also incompetent. They do not respond on time, every time someone responded, i had to repeat the whole long story of my issue. Every time new individual messages, and they do not read the chat history. I also received an item without pant and they told me to pay for shipping to send it back when i already paid such high shipping cost just to get them to me.
