I recently ordered my daughter’s dresses from Laam and my experience was great!! The shipping was quick and the clothes are beautiful. I was worried about the sizes but they fit her perfectly well. Highly recommend Laam!!

"Avoid UK customer's"
Customer service was great, all outfits genuine same as pictures, reasonably priced. Except Laam use the worse courier for UK customers FEDEX!! They delivered super fast on Friday. However today I have received 2 emails and 1 text message asking to pay import tax and duties £64.80!! My order value was only £134.91. I did my full research on FedEx as I was skeptical from Laam's reviews going back into last Autumn. Threshold for any tax was £135 after that you pay 2.5% tax! Fedex were suppose to bill you before delivery but decided to pay customs on behalf of their customers 'how conning' I will also leave them a lovely review too. Fedex give their business customers 40% discount for opening an account to ship out, I paid £47 for 7kg not sure if laam has, as they don't disclose. Also invoice was missing from my parcel. Other brands/competitor's will include invoices and declare low value in order to retain their customers. But Laam say its 'fraud' yeah right😆. At least 80% of company's internationally declare less amount and would use other reputable couriers this was my first and last experience with Fedex and Laam. They would rather be honest to their carriers than customer's. I've seen lots of positive reviews from UK customers but no one has recently mentioned being hit with customs maybe I ordered 7 suits with my sister one too many. Thank you for valuing your customers. Please don't bother with an automated review that tax and duties are down to our country and you're not liable, you could've by passed even though I checked with your customer service I made sure my purchases were under the government threshold!! Also don't tell me to take it up with the government 😆 we live in a corrupt world everyone lining their own pockets. No way did it cost £64 to handle my parcel throught the journey. Oh my parcel went all over the shore back and forth from Lahore to Dubai to Mumbai to Germany to France then it made it to Manchester🤣🤣🤣

I ordered a saree, and the drape is TOOO small to Even wear it??!! It is not shown as photo on the website when i bought it. This is false advertisment and I demand a new one or money back! You try to give me 10% discount Of my next order as a compensation?? This does NOT compensate the loss of money at all!
