Guys. I get those calls all the time, but I think this is just a bathroom shop with a similar name... I got a call which went to an actual uk choice line today where I could opt out: 01135188905

I spoke very polite despite knowing the call was a cold call the call handler thank me as he said everyone else has been rude today i then asked if they could remove my number and the gentleman say “shut up f*** off” then it went silent and the call ended

"UK Choice - very rude"
UK Choice, rude survey representor, i asked them to take me off off the calling list but wouldn't, when i said i wasn't interested he just hang up! very rude, he wouldn't let me speak and raised voice over me! They should be stopped. I blocked the number so the same person called me from different number, it's ridiculous!

They have called 3 times today trying to ask questions. I answered them once a few weeks ago thinking they would leave me alone but it’s probably made it worse. Its really frustrating as they are calling from mobile numbers. If it was an 020 or similar i’d know not to answer.

"Indian Lady called Jason Selling Gaz & Leccy"
Apparently the Indian lady who called me was named Jason. I googled the company and it came up with a bathroom shop? She explained that she was calling to offer services to my household utilities. She had the wrong address for me anyway. Nice lady, but she needs to pick a better name, work on her pronunciation and be clear from the beginning that they're trying to sell Gaz and Leccy.

cold calling me every day from Indian call centres despite me never having given them my number and asking them to take my number off their list.

"Not a good experience"
Needed a replacement seat for a small loo in small space. Rang this firm and was told a particular seat would fit. It arrived and was too big by 3 inch overhang. Had confirmed with sales and tech staff that if it didn't fit it could be returned as long as hinge packet was not open. Rang immediately to say it didn't fit. Answerphone said that they had issues with line and to send email. Sent email saying it was being returned via signed for delivery and that I expected my money and cost of original postage to be returned to my card. Rang when I knew it had been delivered and quoted name of person signing for acceptance. Was told they needed 5 working days to refund my money. It has now been 10 working days and no refund, and strangely enough the phone is again not taking messages.
Update 22.09.20 Refund now finally received, but I shouldn't have needed to twice send proof of them receiving the item back and the signature of person receiving it. Covid19 is no excuse for poor communication with clients who pay in good faith.
16th March 2021 I have just read the late response from this firm and can assure them that I did order from them and they DID eventually refund my money. Unlikely to have done this if I hadn't purchased from them or they hadn't sent me a loo seat that didn't fit!

Constantly phoning, block a number and ring from a different one. When I said I wasn't interested and to please stop phoning the man replied 'no I won't'...... Really starting to get me down!!

Rude AF, asked me if I am a random person, I said I am not, and she just continues with her pitch, when I tried t stop her, she hangs up, like bish what?
Update: changed it to 5* cause I feel bad for this bathroom company that is getting the hate for those scammers
