"A big disappointment"
A big disappointment! I ordered a rv fridge part on October 15, 2023 and I have not received it. No one responds to the emails and text chat messages. I have left voicemail messages on their phone line, too. No response. They had processed the $107.46 credit card payment back in October.
Update: It is now March 7, 2024 and they have not refunded my money. I was never able to contact anyone.
2nd update: No response to them stealing my money. It is now April 18, 2024. I had requested a refund. I would not order from this fraudulent company.

"DO NOT order from this company"
DO NOT order from this company. I ordered a part, and several weeks later I still had no order number, confirmation, tracking info, etc. The payment was processed, and still no information on the order. The phone number on the website goes to a voicemail and calls do not get returned. The e-mail also will not yield any response. I believe this company is a scam. I'm contacting PayPal to reverse the payment.

"Door Ordered and Paid in May with No Response"
I ordered a replacement door back in May 2023 and was in periodic contact with Morgan who kept saying she would check on the status of the order. In September, I requested a refund and now the lines of communication are closed. I've called and emailed several times with no response. I even contacted the BBB for help only to find the email they use is not associated with the RV Parts Express. I think this company is a scam.

Requested return multiple times and instead was sent the product again so now have two to return with no response from Rv Fridge parts

I contacted them via email after working hours with a request to confirm the correct part number and how to order it. They replied at 8:01am the next morning. Which means someone was at work early! The reply exactly what I needed and included a link to order the part. The part was on my doorstep exactly 2 days later!

Update 3 days later: Customer Service contacted me with news that part was discontinued from manufacturer and a full refund was given. Customer Service was friendly and offered a discount on future orders. Would now consider ordering from here again.
Ordered a norcold replacement part over three weeks ago. They charged my credit card but no shipping or delivery estimate. All attempts to contact them go unanswered. Will dispute thru credit card soon. Do not order from here.

Product received 4 weeks after the order was placed online was as described. Customer service was very poor. Company did not answer the phone, customer service form, or two emails sent requesting a status of my order over a three week period. Only after contacting Pay Pal to inform them that the company was non-responsive did I receive an email from the company (week 4) apologizing for their poor service. The panels arrived a few days later.
