"Centauro Athens"

Η χειρότερη εταιρεία ενοικίασης αυτοκινήτου. Αρχικα καναμε την κρατηση απο booking κ θελαμε να επικοινωνησουμε με την centauro για διευκρινησεις. Καλουσαμε αρκετες φορες στο τηλ της Αθηνας κ δεν απαντουσε κανεις!!! Με αποτελέσμα να καλουμε σε αλλες πολεις για να απαντησει καποιος.( η ενοικιαση αφορουσε την Αθηνα).
Ηταν σχεδόν ολοι οι υπάλληλοι της Αθήνας αγενείς και ειρωνικοί. Μας υποχρεωσαν να κάνουμε ασφάλεια στο αυτοκίνητο €200, γιατί δεν είχαμε χρεωστική κάρτα, ενώ τους είπαμε να τους δώσουμε cash τα λεφτά που θέλουν για ντεπόζιτο.
Επίσης ενω τους επιστρέψαμε το αυτοκίνητο 2 μέρες πριν (διότι δεν είναι 24ωρα τα γραφεία τους και δεν βόλευε με την πρωινή μας πτήση) δεν μας έδωσαν καμία επιστροφή χρημάτων ουτε για την κράτηση του αυτοκινήτου ούτε για την ασφάλεια. Οταν τους ζητήσαμε να γίνει μερική επιστροφή χρημάτων μας είπαν θα το σημειώσουν και θα μας ενημερώσουν τηλεφωνικως την επόμενη μέρα, φυσικά δεν μας ενημέρωσε κανένας.
Επίσης το αυτοκίνητο που κράτησα δεν ηταν αυτό αλλά υποδεέστερο. ( θελαμε αυτοκινητο με συνδεση για χαρτες κ αυτο δεν ειχε).
Γενικα ειχαμε αρκετη ταλαιπωρία γιατι δεν απαντουσαν τα τηλ για πληροφοριες κ δεν ξεραμε πως δουλευουν μονο 7-11. Ετσι επρεπε να επιστρεψουμε νωριτερα το αυτοκίνητο, να μας πανε αεροδρομιο με το βαν τους(γιατι μονο αυτη η διαδρομη γινεται) κ μετα (με βαλιτσες) να παιρνουμε λεωφορειο για κεντρο στις 11:30 το βραδυ. Και αντιστοιχα την επομενη μερα να πάρουμε ξανα λεωφορειο απο κεντρο, για να παμε αεροδρόμιο για την πτηση μας.
Ενω κανονικα ειχαμε πληρωμενο αυτοκινητο , δυστυχως λογω των ωραριων τους ταλαιπωρηθηκαμε !

Aucune empathie. J'ai raté mon vol pour la Grèce à cause de la SNCF j'ai dû tout repayer (tgv Perpi paris, vol paris Grèce) j'ai voulu appeler pour leur dire de ne pas m'attendre à l'apérort car j'arriverais le lendemain matin (j'ai fait au mieux). Ils n'ont rien voulu savoir. J'ai pas demandé à annuler ou changer les dates ou encore me faire rembourser, juste dire que je la récupèrerais 17h après.. Niet pour eux c'est perdu faut repasser commande et payer une autre location. Ils mettent la faute sur la société intermédiaire mais c'est eux qui déclenche le délai des 12h max d'attente donc ça prouve qu'ils ne veulent pas aider et encore moins me donner la voiture que j'ai payé ! La société intermédiaire dit qu'elle ne peut rien faire et centauro non plus, ils se renvoient la balle. Donc franchement aucune empathie, inhumain j'ai juste demandé à récupérer ce que j'avais payé ! Quelle belle arnaque avec cette compagnie! Fuyez !

"Centauro Athens is really good"

Have used Centauro in Athens for a Peloponesos trip for the first time and found them very good. Quick process to collect car, easy drop off. At first we were a bit scary because of some negative reviews. There were some scratches on the car and they told us to make pictures of them. The scratches were not on the contract that we signed when we left Athens. The told us that that would not matter because they knew there was some damages. And recommended us to take photo's for our own relief. It proved to be true.
Transfer to the airport was fast. I would certainly recommend Centauro.

"Αεροδρόμιο Αθήνας. SOS Mακρια!!!"

H εταιρεία είναι απαράδεκτη. Ο υπεύθυνος είναι αγενής και επιθετικός για να καλύψει τις αδυναμίες του γραφείου που είναι διοικεί.
Με πίεσαν ασφυκτικά εως και ύποπτα να κάνω ασφάλεια κλοπής όπου και τελικά έκανα.
Τελικά όπως υποπτευόμουν μου έκλεψαν το όχημα. Δεν ενδιαφέρθηκε κανείς, δεν ήξεραν τι ενέργειες πρέπει να γίνουν. Δεν μου αντικατέστησαν το όχημα όπως όφειλαν. Ταλαιπωρήθηκα πολύ και αναγκάστηκα να νοικιάσω από άλλη εταιρία και να επιβαρυνθώ παραπάνω χρήματα. Σε απάντηση σε ερώτηση που έστειλα για να μου επιστραφούν τα χρήματα της εγγύησης της βενζίνης μου απάντησαν ότι βρέθηκε το κλεμμένο όχημα αλλά με άδειο ντεπόζιτο και γι' αυτο το λόγο δεν θα μου επιστραφεί η εγγύηση. Ποτέ ξανα με αυτη την εταιρία. Η αρνητικές κριτικές είναι πάρα πολλές. Πληρώστε κάτι παραπάνω να είστε καλυμμένοι.
The company is unacceptable. The manager is rude and aggressive to cover up the weaknesses of the office he runs.
They pressured me suffocatingly and suspiciously to take out theft insurance, which I finally did.
Finally, as I suspected, my vehicle was stolen. Nobody cared, they didn't know what actions should be taken. They did not replace my vehicle as they were supposed to. I suffered a lot and am forced to take care of another company and incur more money. In response to a query I sent to get my petrol deposit refunded they said the stolen car was found but with an empty tank and therefore the deposit will not be refunded.
Never again with this company. There are too many negative reviews. Pay a little more to be covered.

"Not Happy"

When we booked there was no indication that their office does not open till 7am. Our flight is at 8am, and they have no automatic drop off, so they expect us to drop the car after 7 and still make our flight? Impossible. They insist that the person it is booked under MUST be present to return the car… So we must return the car a day early, catch a taxi back into town, use taxis for this day’s business, and then another taxi to the airport next morning. Not happy.

"An Indifferent experience. but TEO was 5 stars."

Well we had an indifferent experience.

On late arrival it took some time for the agent to find us, as he wasn't at arrivals, but we were delayed so that was excusable.

On collection the Deposit payable was a Problem, as they didn't accept a AMEX credit card, neither a MASTERCARD Debit card with full balance. so they charged me a $230 euro DEBIT waiver cost. so i paid over50% extra for my car hire, so not happy. But they did upgrade me to a lovely FIAT Top Sport- so that was nice.

On the holiday, we inadvertently blocked a road/track next to a gravel car park.! evidently it was a hidden access to a home - with no signs. IT was a genuine mistake, but the angry greek called the CENTAURO office, and TEO managed to call me and i was able to move the car and save the fights..

SO CENTAURO was saved by TEO, and can give them 3 stars. 2 of those stars for TEO... and his followup and good service.

"Dishonest company"

We had rent a car with Centauro for our trip in Santorini. The ONE AND ONLY reason we had chosen Centauro and not another company was because they stated on their contract that they accepted Debit cards. But when we finally arrived at the pick up station, they refused it, and made us pay over 130 € (which doubled the price of our rental !).
This is a very dishonest way of dragging the customer to rent at their place and over bill them.
We will NEVER rent again and will make sure to let other customers know that they shouldn't rent anything from this fraudulous company !

"bed experiance"

When tried to pick up car understood that I forgot driving license at home, only scanned copy in my phone. Lucky I was with friend who had driving license. Personal told me that I can add additional drier (my friend) and drive by myself, only if I buy additional insurance what cost more than car rent. Looks like scam. booking number 797940091
