"Bed that was charged but never delivered"
ordered a Queen Bed Frame on 19th June received multiple emails stating that tracking details will follow in 72 hours. I was then told that my item had stock issues. They offered a refund or a replacement with a different style. I still wanted to believe in this company so stupidly opted for a replacement. I had to chase them for a follow up. It was then AUGUST by this time, having given up home on receiving a bed from them i requested a refund. This was on the 14th August. It is now the end of August and I have no received any refund or confirmation of funds being transferred despite my follow up email being responded to by "Mel" stating that the funds would be transfered in 2 business days. This was such a terrible experience and i am so disappointed in myself for believing in this "Australian" company. They should be shut down.

Terrible communication. Long delivery times. At one point I was convinced I'd been ripped off and would never see a bed arrive.
Phone doesn't answer but I'd get replies to texts and emails.

I have ordered a bed and mattress on 30/07/2023 and was told that it would be delivered in 2-6 days but they'd get back to me with tracking details but still haven't heard a thing. I have tried to email and call but both have gone unanswered. This is not a good company. The customer service sucks and I am starting to believe that I have been scummed!

This is the worst company!! They don’t answer any phone calls and they don’t email back. They have taken my money and won’t tell me where my 4 king size bed frames are! When I first contacted them they answered straight away and Alex helped me a lot but now won’t answer at all.

I ordered a custom bed frame on 7th May 2023, which I have not received. You try and ring and you get a voicemail. There is no call back or response from them, absolutely disgraceful, Shame on them

"Avoid at all costs!!"
Avoid at all costs!!! They told me bed would be dispatched 2nd June. After many many emails to them, most went unanswered, and 4 weeks, no sign of any bed. I can only assume the business is a scam and I have lodged with PayPal.

Purchased the King Size Marvel Gas Lift Bed Frame, Velvet Taupe on May 11.
Hadn't heard anything in regards to despatch so I had to chase it up after the 5-7 day delivery period had since passed.
Reached out on May 26 (11days since purchase) for a follow up and ETA.
Received a reply on May 29 informing us that our chosen color was out of stock but if we would like to change the color, the bed frame would be despatch shortly.
(On the Bedroom Factory website it would show our chosen bedframe and color had 2 in stock. I understand now that this is a ploy by the company to keep orders coming in with no intention of actually fulfilling them)
We declined and decided to wait for our Velvet Taupe bed frame.
On May 31 I received an email saying our order has been processed, only to find out that they had changed our order to a King Size Edward Gas Lift Bed Frame, Velvet corduroy Grey color, which we did not approve and cost $38 less and yet they didn't process a refund for the difference.
Same day I emailed kindly asking BF to please fulfill our original order and for an ETA. Recieved a generic reply saying they had sent out the order, the wrong order I had not authorized.
That was the last straw, at which point we asked to cancel our order and process a refund.
It's been 5 days now and no reply.
There is tracking information on the invoice but judging from all the other reviews here, I am not holding my breath on a bed actually being delivered.
I will be pursuing a full refund, report it to my bank as a fraud claim and also lodging a complaint with the ACCC which you can also do the same
STAY AWAY AND WARN OTHERS. YOU'LL BE LUCKY TO GET WHAT YOU HAD ACTUALLY ORDERED OR EVEN TO SEE YOUR MONEY EVER AGAIN.
