"The Itinerary was amazing"
The Itinerary was amazing. Out guide was very good. The dinners could have been better, but they were not awful.

"Spain 2023 - I think that teachers should plan ahead their tours knowing the time and distances between cities. I truly enjoyed the visit to the Palacio Nacional in Madrid and the city of Seville."
I like all the cities we visited in our tour, I just wished we could have had more time to enjoyed them. The tour seemed rushed, and getting from one city to the next required long bus drives that could have been made into AVE train rides to shorten the distances. Being open about the distances and time between cities will definitely help future teachers plan a more enjoyable experience. I would also omit the Tetuan visit to Morocco. Although interesting in its history, crossing the border takes time, and visiting Tetuan's medina was not a high light. The tour ended in a pharmacy where it seemed to be more interested in selling their cremes and oils to students. I found this to be a planned visit by the guide, who undoubtedly gets a cut of the items sold.

Our guide was very helpful and informative. The students enjoyed the activities that were planned. We did spent quite a bit of time walking, however. We expect to walk a fair amount, but there were times when we could have taken the bus instead.

"Meals included were dreadful and some of the hotels were poorly kept."
I wish I could give two and half stars. However our tour guide, Gianna was awesome.

"We had an amazing experience"
We had an amazing experience. Our tour director was exceptionally friendly and informative. The kids loved him. Each day was jam packed with activity. The hotels and meals were all excellent. Some of the hotels were places I would consider returning to with my family.

"Many Positives but can be improved"
The tour guide and bus driver were outstanding. They were the stars of the trip and made it function smoothly. The itinerary - Paris, chateaus, St. Malo, Mount St. Michel, Normandy - was wonderful and almost incomprehensible that we saw all of it in one week. Our hotel for the first two nights in Paris was too far away; taking 2 trains and a bus with 45 people proved very taxing. The overcrowding meant we had to spilt off at times, causing concern and anxiety. All but one tour meal was fair at best and one meal was inedible. On future tours, a free time dinner incorporated every 3rd day, even if not included in the price, would do wonders for the morale and general happiness of the group. Lastly, we had tickets but could not make it to one of the most important sites, the Louvre, because our flight came in too late. This was a big misstep on day 1 and caused stress and second guessing about what was to come in the future.

Our tour guide was great...we had to be a bit flexible during the trip and Francesca made it possible to fit in as much as possible.
2 downsides- the Eiffel Tower Pillar that we entered through did not have any elevators going up (ugh) and Aer Lingus and Charles-de-Gaulle airport was a hot mess. Both out of anyone's control, but a rough end to the trip.

"There are many things that when wrong"
There are many things that when wrong. I been traveling with Explorica for many years, this is my 10th trip with them. I have 16n years of traveling experience. This trip had been the worse trip. One of the things that really impacted was the food. We were told that the operations team is new, I can tell you that Explorica had a dramatic change. I felt that I was traveling with EF. Very upsetting for all of the money that the parents pay to send their kids.
All the trip it felt that I was doing the TD job. Sending emails. Checking that everything went well. It was a very tired trip.
