"Japan Trip Cancellation"
My daughters high school Japan trip was cancelled in April due to this pandemic. I have never had such incredible customer service and follow through before. Explorica, specifically Sabrina Enriquez explained all my options for a refund or credit. When I chose the credit, I received almost full value that I paid and was refunded in exactly the time frame they said. My emails and concerns were addressed and answered within the same day, which almost never happens especially during a time when they were probably getting bombarded with emails and concerns. We will definitely use Explorica on our next trip!!

"Writes Bad Checks. Avoid business with them."
Sent refund check for a cancelled trip. Check bounced. Was told to cash check again, but can’t cash a check that has already been “cashed”. Customer service has been less then helpful.

This has been a nightmare. I can’t believe a company would write refund checks that would
End up bouncing.
I understand having to wait for explorica to receive their refunds. But taking $399 from each traveler, and writing bounced checks is horrible practice.
Do yourself a favor and stay away.

We received my daughters check deposited it and guess what it bounced!!! What kind of company does that to an 18 year old who needs that money for college!!!! Never again!!
