"Terrible service waited over 3 months…"
Terrible service waited over 3 months to get server actioned. Kept on being told Sales offer over Christmas meant they were very busy. As order was placed well before Christmas it is AKA pushed to back of queue to prioritise their big clients. Wouldn't mind I never would of chosen this company in the first place except they bought out a smaller company that was providing amazing service.

"I have been with Iomart/ Easyspace total outage and email for 8 hours and they are not interested"
I have been with Iomart/ Easyspace once 2009 . Most problems they fix and compensate. Recently Iomart had a problem and we had no emails or access from 10am to 6pm. They said they would compensate us. We are an event company so it was terrible we couldnt see who applied or not responded on the day. We claimed a token amount of £500 for the inconvenience. Easy space Iomart sao that was fine now they are saying the outage was from 10.44 to 4pm which isn't true . They will also not pay for the fact that they cannot guarantee an internet or webmail service. If you need a reliable service with good customer serviced I suggest you stay clear of this company as they have nt been honest.

This company lies, misleads and cheats. They avoid responding to emails.They avoid correcting faults they have caused. Their administration sucks. Stay well away.

"Always great to speak to"
I have been an iomart customer for sometime. Recently I needed some updates on my server and as always I received an extremely quick response and they helped get it sorted. Every time I have needed to speak to someone or ask for some help I have always found them to be a pleasure to deal with and I wish I could remember the name of the guy I spoke with last week as he was great. I genuinely recommend their services.
