"The Most Unprofessional and Invasive Banking Experience"

I had the most appalling experience with Paysera during their so-called video verification process. Despite following the initial instructions, including clearly showing my ID on camera as requested, the operator began making absurd demands. She asked me to adjust my document multiple times, and after complying, she still claimed it was not acceptable.

The situation escalated when the operator claimed to 'hear something' and demanded that I show my entire room. I refused because this is my personal space, and I see no valid reason to comply with such an invasive request based purely on her imagination. If she had issues, perhaps she should invest in glasses and a hearing aid rather than accuse customers without proof. After I declined to show my room, she rudely disconnected the call without giving me the chance to say anything. Is this how Paysera builds trust with its users?

This disgraceful behavior demonstrates Paysera’s utter lack of respect and trust in its customers. Even after providing all necessary documents, I was treated with suspicion, hostility, and disdain. Such actions are unprofessional, unlawful, and degrading.

Paysera’s verification process and staff behavior are nothing short of a disgrace. This kind of invasive and aggressive conduct should not exist in any banking institution. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this 'bank' if they value their time, privacy, and dignity. Paysera is the epitome of unprofessionalism, and I would never recommend their services to anyone.

Closing my account for no a clear reason, this was about 5 months ago ,till now i didn't get my founds back ,when contacting support just wast your time with a depolomatic answers !!
I need my mony back !!

"Измените политику блокировки карт"

Не нравится только одно, что когда заканчивается виза, вы просто блокируете карту не дав даже снять с нее наличные, тупо блок. Это не правильно не предупредив заранее и тд. С клиентами так не поступают например в беларуси. Там всегда связываются и предупреждают и никогда не блокируют . Берите пример.
Еще из минусов. Отвратителтное качество самой карты через 2 года от нее ничего не остается она вся облазит и становится похожа на облезлого кота. Берите пример с той же беларуси, так карты и через 5 лет выгледят как новые.
А так все хорошо

I am absolutely appalled by the unprofessional behavior of Paysera. Despite being a loyal customer of 5 years, my account was abruptly closed without any valid justification. I made a simple transfer to a friend for services rendered, and when asked for documentation, I honestly explained the situation. Instead of working with me to resolve the issue, Paysera chose to shut down my account, citing vague "compliance reasons."

This is not how a trustworthy financial institution should treat its customers. they chose the lazy and unfair route of closing my account, leaving me stranded and frustrated.

To anyone considering using Paysera: BEWARE. This bank has no regard for its customers and will close your account at the slightest hint of suspicion, even if you’ve done nothing wrong. There are far better and more reliable financial services out there that actually value their clients.

Paysera, you’ve lost a customer for life, and I will make sure to warn others about your terrible practices. Shame on you for treating honest people this way.
