Отвратительный сервис! Поддержка может неделями не отвечать, далее ещё грустнее, они не могут даже внятно сформулировать вопрос к клиенту! И не дай вам Бог открывать бизнес акк, это время впустую, 5 дней работы и месяцы в холде! 9 платежей они проверяют 60 дней!!! Никогда, никогда в жизни не связывайтесь с этим сервисом, берегите свои нервы!

I had my Paysera account restricted without any valid explanation, despite having only one major transaction of €500. Their support team informed me that the review could take up to six months, which is completely unreasonable for an account with minimal activity. I have provided all necessary information, yet they are unresponsive and slow to resolve the issue.

If you’re considering using Paysera, be cautious—your funds may be held for months without a clear reason. Very disappointing service!

Update: Paysera responded with a generic reply about anti-money laundering regulations. However, my account has only one transaction of €500, and they have provided no valid explanation for restricting it. What kind of money laundering check takes six months for a single transaction? This seems more like an excuse to hold customers’ funds. Their support remains slow and unhelpful. Be very cautious if you plan to use Paysera!

Sveiki,
nuo pirmo akimirkos keliate nepasitikėjimą. Todėl nesu tikras ar pasirinkti jus savo el parduotuvei buvo teisingas sprendimas.
Vasario 6 užpildiau anketą. Nuo 10d. raginu atlikti anketo peržiūra greičiau, tačiau skambučio metu sulaukiu, būtinai paskubinsime. Vėliau prisijungęs prie paskyros pamatau ta patį. Prašaušau kaip įmanoma greičiau atlikti peržiūrą. Nesate savo srities monopolis!

Abus excessif sur paysera c’est catastrophique je devais recevoir 2 virement de 5000€ et j’ai reçu qu’un seul et le second n’a pas été créditer et n’a pas été retourner chez l’expéditeur en gros paysera retiens les fonds mais ne le crédite et ne le retourne pas non plus car cela fait plus de 72h c’est vraiment de l’arnaque cette banque

Я благодарен команде пайсера, за указанную ими помощь, случайно перевёл деньги другому человеку, обратился к ним и они сделали всё чтобы обратно возвратить деньги.Спасиба большое вам.

Global failure in Paysera for at least 2 hours. Transactions via the application do not work, the company's website is disabled, the customer center in Vilnius does not accept visitors - the system is disabled.

All of this lasted for about 4 hours. Very depressing.

"Not user friendly"

Not user friendly.
I like the percentage coming back after payments, but that about the only thing that works for me.
Customer service is impossible to reach when there is an issue and there are issues occasionally…
