"A thieving bank?"

Video verification passed for several days and yet no response from paysera despite all the messages I send by email for several days. Difficult to contact someone by phone.
The agent assured me after the video call that I would have news in 2 days.
Paysera is clearly not respecting its commitments or simply does not want to refund my money.

After, 4-5 years of using my account they close it without any notice and then they send you an email suggesting that it “violates” the “clause 12.2.1”, without giving the REAL reason for it.

All the CLAUSES ARE VAGUE be very careful when using this service.

Support is like stalling their answers on purpose.

I need my money back, I sent all the details for that matter no one is answering.

Unfortunately I cannot give 0 stars.

UPDATE: The real reason why they keep doing this randomly, is to not raise suspicion, they aren’t giving a real reason. It’s because they are FINANCING THE WAR IN UKRAINE, pricks, with our money.

Give me my money back, I didn’t consent to give any money to the Ukrainian war, I don’t want to get involved in any war.

this absolutely scam service keep ignoring me via email and phone. they don't answer my messages nor my calls. I provided them my bank details 2 weeks ago to receive the refund from my blocked account and nothing happened. NEVER EVER risk your money with this service

i've been using paysera for more than 5 years now , never had a problem with it till today , and it was solved in 5 minutes thanks to the client service

Bonjour j ai bien. Compris maintenant que j ai demander la clôture de mon compte j ai reçu 1 mail de confirmation et que mes fonds me seront restitués le 07 avril 2025 donc après encore 1 mois d attente supplémentaire j espère que je receverai mes fonds car quand je lis les commentaires je ne suis pas le seule à être dans ce cas rendez vous le 07 avril 2025 et je n hésiterai pas à venir donner mon avis si mes fonds me sont restitué
