"3 Years and then they Suspend My Account"

We have been using Twilio for over three years and have several accounts with them. Dealing with this company has been a constant headache. Today, out of the blue, they suspended my account due to suspicious activity. I run a legitimate business working with oral surgeons. They're constant disruptions and SPAM calls has deeply impacted my business. I am calling my attorney on Monday since this is costing me thousands of dollars. Horrible company, do not walk, run from them.

"Twilio The Scam Originator."

All my scam calls originate from Twilio ireland. How is this allowed to happen? Can't they be regulated or accountable?

Large numbers of spam calls I receive are from numbers managed by this company. If they aren't aware of the activities of their clients then they should be.

Just lost over 300$ due to * suspended due to a lack of funds. Recharge your account and get back to making calls.* It is absolutely not safe to use any of Twilio services. Customer support is impossible to contact. DO NOT use this website if you want to provide a safety system for your company and your customers.

"Spam call claiming to be from Vodafone…"

Spam call claiming to be from Vodafone offering an upgrade. Then asked how much I was paying! When I said "if you are from Vodafone you would know" she hung up. Indian accent. VOIP fake number facilitated by Twillo

"This company needs to be shut down .."

This company needs to be shut down ... they seem to be involved in facilitating scam calls all of the time. Is it possible for the Irish authorities to check them out and then shut them down????

"Knowingly enabling fraudulent activity"

Scumbag spam call enabling shysters. They provide VOIP services for organisations that make spam and scam calls. The company knows full well that this is happening, but does nothing to shut down the illegal activity. It seems to be more important to them to make money than to act with and form of integrity. Why any legitimate company risk their reputation by doing business with them is a mystery.

This is a scam - block their numbers and demand deletion of your data. They will ring you daily off different numbers and look to scam you regarding phone contracts, energy etc etc.

"A scam-hosting company?"

This company appears to make its money by hosting scammers - repeated calls pretending to come from an 0161 number and posing as an 'energy adviser'. Can no action be taken against them? - dozens of people are being affected in the same way, as the 'Who called me?' site shows.

"Scammers"

I received a phone call purporting to enquire about energy. I explained I was registered with the TPS and they immediately hung up. I have reported them to the TPS, however, it appears they have form for this sort of behaviour.
