Not much too it really, I sign up and then the account is immediately blocked. Their support email me asking for justification to unblock the account, but its clearly not good enough. Awful company, go elsewhere for your VOIP needs. Waste of time.

This company makes you jump through hoops with a convoluted US A2P 10DLC Registration. It appears they aren't interested in working with legitimate companies. This organization is inconsistent with its approval decisions. It reminds me of dealing with the government.

Disgusted, made me feel like a criminal trying to open an account, and still refused it! What the actual? Use Brevo instead, this is a common theme despite them featuring on Bubble.io as a service. Bubble needs to get rid, it's a barrier to app launch.

Incroyable de médiocrité et de non respect de ses clients ! Au bout d'un mois Twilio nous a bloqué notre compte sans préavis en nous demandant des renseignements sur notre entreprise. Nous avons répondu par retour immédiat. Nous pensions que cette société qui se dit sérieuse allait vite prendre en compte notre email mais... Au bout de 3 jours toujours rien ! Nos experts ne peuvent plus entrer en relation avec nos clients, nos pertes s’élèvent à plusieurs milliers d'€ ! Nous relançons sans cesse et aucune réponse, aucun retour, impossible d'accéder au compte ! Surtout ne faites pas confiance à cette entreprise qui n'a aucune considération pour ses clients !
A ce jour aucune nouvelles du service client, du support ou autre !

This company is facilitating extreme harassment to me. For the last few weeks I have been inundated with hundreds of phone calls and this is no exaggeration. No one ever answers and every number used (apparently from various towns and cities) that I’ve checked via ‘Who’s called me’ is from Twilio. You should be ashamed of the extreme distress your company is causing me. Maybe a long jail term is the way to go for those like you who perpetuate this form of torture.

These guys refuse to let my clients setup an account, for no reason at all. It's an auto-rejection and a huge waste of time.
