I bought a beach chair for £15 which lasted 2 days!!! Owner refused to exchange. AVOID as faulty goods sold presumably on the basis that holiday makers aren't repeat trade. Terrible customer service. V disappointing

On a day trip to Scarborough for our daughters 5th Birthday. Although a passing purchase for a bucket and spade. The chap on the door was great welcoming us. Making payment remotely by card outside possible and taking the time out of his day to speak to our daughter and wish her a happy birthday.
We didn't catch his name but he had longish blonde hair.
Bravo! Keep it up, the retail industry needs more people willing to actually interact with their customers.

Awful service, still awaiting a response having called & emailed several times. Ordered several items, still awaiting the most significant part of the order. Two of the three ding repair kits ordered had already expired & hardened in tubes.

Very disappointed as their website let me order an item for my husband that apparently hasn’t been in stock for ages and then had to call to find out why they hadn’t turned up and was told I would have a refund on Friday but still haven’t had the money back and they weren’t answering the phone earlier so not sure if I’ve been scammed.

"Lack of Communication"
Still have not received the Reef Fanning flip flops to the U.S. I sent Dexters an email requesting a delivery date and tracking number. No response. At this point I really dont know what to think about it. The lack of communication is the most worrisome part.
