Mail order issues, no one seemingly taking the bull by the horns until 2 weeks later. No order confirmation email other than a browser confirmation. Shipped with a compensatory gift but overall was a massive effort on my part.

Your website allowed me to purchase something that was out of stock, which left me with little time to acquire my grandson's Christmas gift. It also meant that I had to pay more. The one redeeming feature was a swift repayment of my money.

Very poor. No delivery despite expecting it within 3-5 days. Absolutely no contact from the shop despite repeated contact. No response to the web message service, no one answering the phone and several emails later and still no answer as to whether I will get a refund or my surfboard. This has now been going on for over 6 weeks and despite being very patient and regularly attempting contact and 6 emails later I am still out of pocket and with nothing to show.
Do not recommend. Do not use this shop. Very poor service.

I placed an order online for a travel case that they said was in stock and paid for express delivery, The case was not delivered in the time scale and only after I called and left a message did I get an email telling me that it was out of stock. However when I looked on line again they were still saying it was in stock. I did receive a refund.
