I contacted AMO regarding the potential for a Pergola over my patio which was raised due to my house having a sloping garden. Rachael was fantastic advising on the various product options which AMO could supply and fit. After visiting the showroom and Abby enthusiastically demonstrating a Tarasola Simple Pergola, this helped me decided on the Tarasola Elegancy Pergola product for my requirements. Will, then measured up and AMO confirmed they could supply and fit this Pergola. Abby confirmed the order and explained the lead times for ordering the product, which was very reasonable. Will and Nigel then cheerfully built and fitted the Pergola in typical British winter weather. The end result is better than I could have imagined with a very reasonably priced Pergola in my opinion with a retractable roof with lights, electronic rolling side blinds, heater and Bluetooth speakers. I cannot wait until the warm weather returns when I can utilise the Pergola fully.

You answered my questions fully, your representatives arrived both times when they said they would and were polite and helpful, the installers worked (as far as I could tell) quickly and well, the awnings themselves do what they said they would, and altogether the experience has been as easy and pleasant as possible. It's early days, so I haven't needed backup yet (hope never), but so far so excellent.

I Approached Amo to install an awning I had bought.
I was quickly given a quote and installation date.
The engineers arrived today, very promptly, they assembled the awning and fitted it to the outside wall.
The guys were very helpful nothing was too much trouble.
