"Garage door remote issues"

I was having problems with the remote for my garage door. I spoke initially with Rachael who was extremely helpful and sent over instructions for me to try and fix the problem. When that didn't work she arranged for a new remote to be sent to me. I struggled to get the new remote to work and the lady who answered the phone was very helpful and got Will to call me and take me very patiently through the process which was different to the instructions I had. All in all, excellent customer service from everyone involved and I would highly recommend Amo.
