I have tried placing an order to redeem my VIP credit, but the app and website continue to tell me to check my billing address! My address is correct given you took the money for the VIP membership yesterday so why can I not place my order??
I had to go through several attempts to change my billing address to the same address and I finally had to use PayPal this is not satisfactory
