They have apparently refunded me over two weeks ago and still waiting for the money to appear back. I’ve contacted them they blame the bank. Also returned items over two weeks ago avd still not processed that refund either

Hello, no chance to Review order. I clicked short, I require short 27 inseam on both. Only being shown on the order confirmation that my second inseam is short ( 30) . Would love you to adjust this before shipping please. And hopefully in the future not have two options for short leg with different sizes.

Twice now the ‘skip month’ button has magically not worked despite trying multiple times between the 1st and 5th and I’ve been charged for both months, so now after having to redeem the store credits for something I actually need I’ve ended up with a top and yoga mat that have cost me £120 (I wouldn’t consider this value for money).

After attempting to address the skip button not working with customer service I’ve heard absolutely nothing.

Have redeemed the credits for items (which sounds stupid because I’ve paid £120 for them) and then will be cancelling the membership.

It’s incredibly frustrating because I definitely would have been a long term member, instead I feel like I’ve been scammed out of money I couldn’t afford to give them that month.

Con of a company! Do not buy. They were not transparent about any charging of fees and have charged me £54.99 for the purchase of 3 simple items.

Absolute outrage. You can find better stores. Incompetent customer service. Hope this warns others
