I didn't give permission for my card to be billed for £54.99 but you still took and you. Ever answer emails when emailing your selfs. It does seem that your website is a con as the clothing is no way that expensive but seems you make profit by only letting customers purchase using 1 VIP credit of £54.99 when the item there getting may be only 24.99 and then fabletics pockets the rest! Sort it out fabletics

never sign-up for anything with subscriptions, they are all predatory scams that are just hoping to trick you into paying for nothing. This company is no different. They kept hounding me to try their items with huge discounts, multiple emails a week. Finally, I gave in and thought I would try them. I bought 5 items. 1 was OK, the other 4 were awful quality, so I sent them back. As other reviews say, they automatically sign you up for a subscription without notice and without reminders. I tried to cancel online but it didn't go through, I called them to cancel, and thought we were done, but discovered the charge on my card anyway, where they claimed I cancelled "a few hours" after the cut-off. Seriously??!! I wouldn't accept to give me a refund, even though I cost them nothing, I didn't buy anything, they didn't ship anything, I don't want their product, but they are just happy to keep my money for that month, knowing I don't want tp use the credits, its just a trick to keep your money.
That said, quality is hit or miss. I bought 5 items to try, 1 was quite nice, the others were very bad, and they make it very difficult to cancel. None of this is legal (subscriptions without reminders, making it hard to cancel, all illegal in the UK), but they count on no one bothering to sue them or complain over £55. I might just complain to an ombudsmen or someone anyway, just so they don't keep getting away with it. Avoid the online scam, and fake discounts, just go to a store, or another customer-centric e-retailer, the world is full of them, no need to give these predatory sellers your money.

"What a freakin joke, years being member and lost one parcel they can't come to resolution with pathetic investigation excuse"
What a freakin joke, been years member and this time the evri courier dropped the parcel in the porch despite I marked no safe place since we are in junction of two very busy street and next to public parking space everyone can see your porch and see parcel there, raised inquiry and provide evidence, and over 2 weeks they are insisting on investigation which is pathetic bullshit excuse, already sign declaration, evri already admitted its their fault, courier are underpaid and being force to deliver parcel a lot in a day, so once no answer on the door they just leave it wherever without effort to try next day or try at least different flat, with this treatment I rather put my money on elsewhere business, pathetic company

"Try to buy as non-member process really annoying"
Found the process really annoying. Was buying a Christmas present someone else had asked for. The site wanted me to take a quiz. It's not for me!
It also really kept pushing the VIP Membership. I tried using the "Add to Bag as a Non-Member" button on the merchandise I wanted, but a pop-up asking me to sign up as a VIP stopped me. I tried 'Continue' but it refused to let me proceed unless I gave my email and password, which looked like it was forcing me to become a VIP.
I had to look through all their FAQs until I found out that giving them my information did not mean I agreed to become a VIP, and then I would be able to buy at the Non-Member price. I've rarely had such a confusing and time-consuming experience trying to buy online.
If it had been for myself, I would have given up and not bought anything. It is only because the person wanted this gift that I continued trying.
The 2 star rating is based only on my ordering experience, not the products. The person who wanted the gift finds the actual products themselves to be good.

Really nice quality clothes and I will continue to order however I was charged for the membership which I skipped for the month.
I have sent emails, WhatsApp messages and have had no response so hopefully leaving this review someone can get back in touch with me

Avoid! Fraud!
Taken £54.99 out my PayPal account. But I DO NOT have an account with Fabletics! Been on the phone, email, messenger and none of the customer service seem to understand I cannot cancel the transaction because I do NOT have an account. Have shown the money going out my PayPal but they refuse to refund as I’m not a member!! But they have taken a membership out of my account! Awful awful company!
