Absolutely disgusted with how they treat loyal customers.
I previously paid the monthly subscription and in exchange would recieve a credit.
I could spend or save up and exchange for clothing.
My September credit came in and I immediately went to exchange for the jumpsuit I liked.
Fabletics charged me another 59.20 for the jumpsuit even though I'd just paid for a credit.
Not sure what went wrong.
They are now ignoring my emails.
I reversed payment with my bank , but they lied to monzo and said the £59 i paid each month was not for a credit but for discount of there goods.
They refused to credit monzo so monzo took payment back from me.
So iv been left out of pocket as fabletics kept my credit, cancelled my account and are ignoring me.
Very upsetting as I did Absolutely nothing wrong except trust them to behave properly and not rip there subscribers off.
Not sure how they can do this to innocent people

Avoid FABLETICS at all costs! Automatically got signed up for the vip membership when I placed an order, didn’t realise it was £55 until I looked on TikTok where someone advised me to skip the month, there was no confirmation that I was a member. I skipped the month before the due date but £55 still got taken out of my bank!!
Contacted FABLETICS via email TEN times for them to turn around and say I need to contact them through live chat or phone so those emails were a waste of my time. Tried the live chat, there is no such thing takes you straight to the website to shop.
Absolute scam of a business and by the looks of the reviews they do this to all their customers. They avoid refunds, very sneaky and make it extremely hard to contact them on purpose.
Needs shutting down.
Looks like a lot of people have experienced the same thing - there’s a Facebook group that gives advice about fabletics scam, helped me get my money back via my bank

VIP subscription a rip off.
Signed me up for membership without my knowledge. Then took £2150 from my bank account over a 3 1/2 year period.
Contacted them to get my money back.
Got an email saying they would refund but now they’re playing games ..
DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY.
THEY ARE NOT GOOD FOR THEIR WORD.
ITS a SCAM..

I have had £110 taken out of my account!!!! I have been subscribed to some ‘VIP’ membership I know nothing about.. DID NOT RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL!!! I had no idea until I went through my bank transactions, impossible to cancel and the leggings are FAR from worth their retail price. Please please please DO NOT order from this scam of a company, I’m only 16 so all my money is hard to earn. Something like this is a MAJOR SETBACK!!! Christmas is coming up too… what a disgrace of a company.

Due to the terms and conditions where it states, I am most definitely expecting what I am entitled to.
“You have a statutory right to withdraw from any purchase for a full refund within 14 days. In addition, we offer a 45-day period for exchanges or return for credit.”

Do not buy from Fabletics . They signed me up to a vip membership unknown to myself then decided to charge me £54.99 and I haven’t even had any clothes . Now they are saying they won’t refund me ! Absolute scam !
So after having yet another response from a completely different person within customer services ( I have been going backwards and forwards for over a week now ) being told I am getting a refund / then I’m not . Can’t believe how terrible the customer service is ! I have logged into my FABLETICS account to reveal I don’t have any credits to spend . So they have effectively STOLEN £54.99 from me! But as you can see Sofie here will do her best to justify that it’s ok 🤔
