Leggings are good, thick enough not to show everything. Definitely reduced in quality over time as don't last as long and I'd never buy at the £86 RRP, but they're decent none the less and my lack of confidence has got me in a "routine comfortable" choke hold with them🤣

My only issue is with the VIP membership. Not the fact you get charged £50+ a month because you can skip it and it's easy enough to do. But, when you forget i just don't feel like you get your moneys worth. There's no option to spend half a credit when buying a cheaper item, so you have to either fork out the over £50 member credit on a cheaper item or spend money on top of it. There's continuously "new member deals" which way outweigh any benefits of being a member already. You also can't apply a credit and "top up" with cash for a more expensive item, nor spend 2 credits on a single item.
I do like the way the clothes are advertised. They show several different sized models in a true light which is reflective of how these may look on the average human.
Customer service is so-so. Nothing to write home about but have solved a few of the past queries.
I think all said and done, if I was to find other bottoms I was comfortable wearing out and about, I'd jump ship.

I do like the quality of the items, so I continue to buy. However, the website can be confusing and often freezes or crashes, making the buying experience quite unpleasant at times. Also, sizing information could be clearer. For example, they offer "tall" options states to be fit for individuals 5'7" and over; yet, it is never specified whether the display models in this height range are wearing tall or regular-fit items, making length hard to guess. Trial and error is necessary.

"Awful menswear! Avoid like the plague. "

Awful menswear. Got two pairs of joggers using the size guide. Look nice and slim fit on lean, tall models. I squat over 200kg so my legs are wham and these are so baggy I was sure they’d mixed my order up with some MC Hammer costumes leftover from Halloween.

Material is so thin and stretches great… but then doesn’t stretch back into place. Sat down for 30 seconds and got up with my joggers looking like something Aladdin wears on the streets of Agrabah.

One pair is randomly an inch and a half longer and even baggier somehow despite being the same size.

They feel like cheap TikTok shop joggers with the only ‘premium’ upgrades being the zipper pockets. No wonder you’re only paying £24 for two pairs. Could import the same thing from AliExpress for a quarter the cost.

Avoid like the plague. Other gym brands (or even high street brands) will serve you better.

"Fraudulent company! I have no choice but to close bank account of 25 years!"

My bank (Barclays) have gone to the lengths of replacing my debit card and blocking this fraudulent company yet, they have still been able to take £54.99 from my bank account!! Apparently, they have different bank accounts so apply for your money using different one when you have your bank block them!! This has been going on since May 2024!!!! Thought issue was resolved in Sept as no funds were taken in Oct only to see today they collected 54.99 in Nov!!! I cannot believe they are able to continue to do this!! Avoid this fraudulent company at all cost, nothing is worth this world of pain, cost and inconvenience!!!
