Instead they offer a FIXED one for $200

I love the device and how it works but I continue to be frustrated with the annual renewal and sync process. I’ve had 3 different devices over the past 15-20 years and regardless of the device I’ve had the annual renewal process online has never worked seamlessly. I always end up having to call the customer support line to have them adjust my account in some way so I don’t get charged incorrectly or have my renewal charged to the wrong device or have my Renewal for up to 3 devices for one price cancelled without notice.

You have a great product but a weak process for renewals and syncing to your platform.
