Great price on sx400. Slight downgrade from my six 500 but still does same great job. Been using SkyCaddie since year one. Love the distance to/ over hazards features that lasers won’t do.

"Lack of caring for a loyal customer"
I was renewing my Double Eagle plan that was to expire in about two months. I decided to switch plans to the Birdie plan since I am fairly certain that I will only be golfing in Wisconsin for almost all of my future golfing. Why pay the extra money if I will not be golfing out of state?
When chatting with the SkyCaddie support person, I asked them why my new renewal date was in January and not in March like it was for the Double Eagle plan. I was told that since I was was switching to a lower cost plan, the renewal date would be based on when I started the new plan.
In my mind, I am losing two months of my subscription that I had paid for. This is unbelievable! I did them a favor by renewing two months early and how to they reward me, they have me lose two months of paid subscription because I switched to a lower plan. What more needs to be said? Nothing!

My device has been made redundant - cannot be supported by SkyCaddie. Took out an app subscription for a year - downloaded tge app but could not connect to to my account because my username had been my email address. Online support couldn't help. To me to phone , middle of the night NZ time!

I have updated my review. The response to my issue and associated review was quick and my issue was successfully resolved. Thank you so much for the super customer support!
Original issue: I have renewed and gotten my email saying the renewal went through. When I click on the link to sync my caddie and update my renewal, my caddie says I need to renew. I am not paying twice. Soooooo frustrating!
