I ordered a Ti-Springs spring on September 24th 2018 (of course I'm paying right away!).
On their site at the time of the choice was written "Any springs pre-ordered between now and 30/09/18 will arrive with you around early November".
On November 8th I ask for information via e-mail and I receive an answer from the "Owner & Founder", "Hi Paolo.Thank you for your email.Your order is due to be dispatched next week. I hope this helps. "
On November 20, having not yet had a communication on the shipment, I ask for more information by mail, the "Owner & Founder", "Hi Paolo, Apologies for the delay, your order is due to be dispatched next week and many thanks for your patience and understanding. "
November 30, I ask if I will be sent the spring at least for Christmas, I always answer the "Owner & Founder", "Yes definitely!".
3 December further request mail ....... response of the "Owner & Founder", "Hi Paolo, Your order will be sent this week."
December 10, I will not be sent any shipment, I ask for information, answers the usual "Owner & Founder", "Hi Paolo. Apologies for the continued delay, your order will be sent next week. for your continued patience and understanding. "
December 23, I still ask what problem there is about my order after 13 WEEKS !!! has not yet been shipped, "Owner & Founder" replies, "Hi Paul. Your order will be sent on Monday The reason for the delays is that we have experienced some manufacturing and shipping delays. helps. "
December 29 with an email I ask if my order has been sent, January 2 replied to the "Owner & Founder", "Hi Paolo.Your order has now been dispatched and will arrive with you soon. I hope this helps." ......... I FINALLY tell myself .....
On December 2, I ask the "Owner & Founder" if he sends me a tracking code, he sends it to me and writes me "The tracking number for the package is: RN539370527GB You can track the progress of the package from the moment the package arrives in your country, here: xxxxx Royal Mail tracking link xxxxx ".
January 10th 2019! not yet having any feedback on the shipment by tracking code I ask the Ti-Springs to confirm the tracking, the usual "Owner & Founder" replies to me, "Hi Paolo, thank you for your email (maybe he's kidding me?). I have just checked the tracking number and I can confirm that it is correct. The tracking information will update as soon as the package arrives in your country. I hope this helps. "
To date, 14 January 2019, AFTER 17 WEEKS from the order I have not yet received the spring I PAID ON 24 SEPTEMBER 2018.
To date it is, by far, my worst online shopping experience.
Update of 21/02/2019
After waiting in vain for my order, and after contacting the Owner for another ten times, not being able to deny the evidence he replied telling me that the barcode had been lost and that the package would have returned to the factory soon after.
I, through email, I told him that if the spring would arrive by February 19 (22 weeks after the order !!) I would have asked for the repayment. the Owner replied that the arrangement was fine and that I had to feel comfortable ......
To date 21/02/2019, I paid 107.50 pounds (about 123 €), I did not have MIA spring, I wrote 2 mail to TheOwner asking for the rebuttal but the "sir" npn even answered me.
5/07/2019 I would like to add an update. Through a friend on 6/03/2019 I placed another order to check if my previous case was really an "unfortunate case". Well after an endless wait, many emails where I asked for information, first I sell as an answer "Hi F ........... thank you for your email. Apologies for the delay, your order is due to be sent next week .I hope this will help you get your patience and understanding. "
then passing to the usual story "Hi F .......... there is no tracking number for the package, although a signature will be required upon delivery."
After waiting in vain for other days I decided to request a refund through Paypal, good for the 130 € paid SIg. Owner repaid me just over € 116 on 06/24/2019 after almost 90 days !!!
I think it makes this game to earn on bank interest.
Honestly, don't even try to get close to the Ti-springs, it's a piece of advice I give you lovingly.

Ordered a part - paid my first class postage no item received over a week waiting. Part now out of stock....replacement sent after a week of waiting. And still waiting for it after another week with nothing in the post. Will be phoning for refund tomorrow as email response is rubbish.....'it'll be with you by today or tomorrow' heard this a few times now. Won't be ordering again.....shame to read others having the same problem on here obviously not just a one off like I thought.
