I did not receive the product, and got my money refunded 5 months after my order.
I had a bad experience. I ordered a product and it did not arrive.
They did not send it with registered post, so I was unsure, if it was sent. I sent an email after about a month, checking for the status. They said that they are sorry that it did not arrive and that they will send a replacement set, which did also not arrive. So when I inquired next, I was told that they were actually out of stock, so could not send it, but they have it now and will send it now. At that stage I did not need the product anymore and wanted my money back, but the delay in email traffic had them apparently post the item, before my email arrived that stated I wanted a refund.
I never received any proof of them posting the 'replacement' item, so I questioned it, but did not get a reply.
Of course no parcel arrived. I felt helpless and gave them a bad review on trust pilot.
Afterwards I inquired again, since nothing arrived.
I asked for my money back straight away and I finally received a refund 5 month after my first order, with a follow up email that I should please change my one-star review on Trustpilot.
Therefore I am unsure, if my case was resolved only because I left a bad review on Trustpilot. They assured me that that was not the case.
So here you go....good luck with them.
I am sure there are more reliable places to order from and to get stuff delivered to Australia with tracked post.

My experience is very similar to the other 1 star reviews on here. I ordered some loose bolts on 15th April and two boxes of bolts on 18th April. In both cases I got a dispatch notification the next day and then, nothing. After a number of e-mails to and from the 'Owner and Founder' of Ti-Springs.com which consisted of telling me numerous times that the dispatches had got lost in the post, and me, eventually asking for a refund, I got the loose bolts on 22nd May. As of 18th June I still have nothing for the £250 bolt kit order. Whenever I’ve asked for a refund I’ve been ignored. I’ve had to raise a dispute with my credit card company to try to get my money back. This is still ongoing. I’ve never had an experience this bad with any other retailer. This company is not reliable and I have found them to be not trustworthy. I view some of the 5 star reviews on here with suspicion. My advice is most definitely to avoid. You have been warned. I'll update if/when there's an outcome.
Update 21st June 2018. I've been asked to remove 'personal information' from my review, which I assume is the name of Ti-Springs.com 'Owner and Founder', I have done so. Nothing else has so far changed.
Update 3rd August 2018. I have now been refunded the value of my order by my credit card company via the disputes process. Ti-Springs.com have not communicated with me at all over this period. All in all a terrible experience. I say again, AVOID.
Update 8th August 2018. I have been asked to modify two words in my review which I have done. I assume Ti-Springs.com are unhappy with this review, however, it is all entirely accurate. Nothing important has changed. I say again, AVOID TI-SPRINGS.COM.
Update 18th August 2018. I've just received one of the bolt kits I ordered back in April. Getting closer. Maybe I'll get the other one I ordered at the same time by the end of the year?
Update 31st August 2018. I've just recieved the second bolt kit ordered in April. This concludes my transaction with Ti-Springs.com almost 6 months after placing the order, being told of dispatch and paying. This matter is now finally closed for me, needless to say, I won't be using Ti-Springs.com again!

"Ordered April 5th. As of June 11th I still don’t have my full order"
So I ordered a bunch of bolts for my new bike on April 5th. Nothing shows up by May 1st so I decided to email and ask what the deal was.
A person from ti-springs responds (who has not been rude to me throughout this issue). I’m told my package was lost in the mail. They say they will send a replacement, I wait 4 days on confirmation that a replacement was sent out and decide I’m over it. I email them asking for a refund and am told sorry for the wait we have sent a replacement out. Fine I guess I’ll wait to see what happens I thought.
May 16th I receive my replacement order, but the order is missing 2 if the bolts I’ve paid for. I contact them again to see if I can just get refunded for the 2 missing bolts. My request is ignored and I’m told replacement bolts have been sent out May 16.
June 6th I still haven’t received my replacement bolts. I email again and for the second time I’m told my package was lost in the mail.
Ordered April 5th. As of June 11th I still don’t have my full order.

For my 2nd order I've had some issues regarding my order being lost, but the support is very helpful and the communication is amazing, and I had my order sent out instantly without questions, or any extra fee, and it arrived in days. The quality is once again awesome, it looks good, and its quality.
I will definitely come to these guys 1st if I need any bolts in the near future!
