"Same experience as others!! WARNING"

WARNING!!!! Don't buy anything from this outfit. Ordered over £25 pounds worth of ti bolts from these jokers over a month ago and what a surprise, they didn't show up. I have sent a few emails with no reply and I spent everyday ringing them for one week but they don't answer calls. Looks like I will be taking a hit on this one. Uber bike do ti bolts cheaper and next day delivery, miles better service. I would rate ti springs 0 if I could. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Same Experience as some others. Ordered product never arrived. Ordered products in March. Communicated twice replacements where shipped. Ti-springs.com never fixed the issue after repeated lies about shipping and whether or not item was in stock. So disingenuous I had to get refund from credit card. Credit card says still not resolved with ti-springs.com

No delivery and no response on email. Even after I told them my invoice number, checked the address and everything. Still no delivery and after weeks of trouble they just ignore mails.

After some initial delays my products arrived in good condition and are of very good quality. I will be ordering more from the site but checking beforehand what is in stock manually by asking, as I believe the website stock readings to be unreliable / wrong.
