"Be aware of this company! 700£ lost!"

Be aware of this company, Ti-Springs, and his owner.
Our company placed an order to purchase EIGHT (8) springs with a total value of around 700£
The lead time was 3-4 weeks but the order has been delayed for more than 2 month more until now.
The only answer we have got during these months from the owner was: 'I will dispatch them next week' but they were never dispatched.
One week ago we requested a full refund, and until now we have not got any answer from him...
Our office in Plymouth cannot contact him neither by mail nor by phone.
It's quite stupid the fact that a company risks its reputation for just 700£
We are considering to take legal actions against him and his company.
Avoid this store at all costs!!
