"Worst online shop ever"
Worst online shop ever.
I have placed my order in April 2018 for 2 x Titanium bolts for mountain bikes.
The order was easy and done. The transaction seems usual with all the emails sent to me.
Then, waited for a month. I started to ask for tracking number but according to the owner, there is no tracking number. I started to feel fishy.
He even mentioned this in his email
"...Unfortunately it turns out the delivery company we use (Royal Mail) do not offer a tracked and signed for delivery service..."
How fishy can this be right? The company is registered in UK. We have been buying from those mega online stores and all are using tracking postal. Best of all, Ti-Springs charged me £40 for shipping.
Cut story short, after many emails sending to him (he will reply occasionally) asking me to wait for few more days or week, I have yet to receive anything from this company.
And, he said he has sent me the third time. Product worth £240, he can just easily sent me for the third time? More fishy.
A website you should avoid indefinitely. Don't recommend anyone.

OK. After all the hustles, on 17 Oct 2018, I received a refund from this site. Still giving it a 1 star review. I lost my time and as well as currency exchange losses.

Yeah, the wait is painful, you do have to pressure them, but it is a bespoke product after all.

Really good service! After contacting them, I got an awnser straight away. The shipping time was really long though... Don't know if my package got lost or if the normal shipping time is many weeks. Anyhow, when the package arrived, everything was really well packed and worked superb!
Recommend if you don't have a hurry to recive you're products :)

Sad to say it, but this mirrors everyone else's experiences.
Received confirmation of order dispatch on 11th July.
24th July I requested tracking info, and Ti-Springs was unable to provide this, we confirmed that the delivery address was correct, and the package was considered lost in transit. I was told that:
"a replacement order to be sent out for you as soon as possible"
August 6th, no packages have arrived, I chased again. I was informed that nothing had been sent due to stock issues, and that "We will have some more of these in stock next week, and as soon as we do a replacement order will be sent out for you."
August 17th - I chased for a third time, to be informed that it still hadn't been shipped, but that "a replacement order will be sent out for your this week." At this point I was expecting dispatch by 24th August, the close of the next working week.
September 4th I chase the order again, only to be told that "We should have some more in stock later this week"
Of course, the payment had been processed July 11th.
I do commend them on a very prompt refund, however I've seen children run a business more professionally.

Worst company ever. I was waiting on my coil since april and it never came. I e-mailed them several times but they were always contradicting themselves saying that the spring was ready to be sent and 3 weeks later, it was not even painted yet etc etc.. Honestly I don't understand how a well know business like this can treat their customer like they are complete monkey. In the end, 5 month later I had to call my credit card and after an investigation they refunded me (not ti-spring). Reading the other comments looks like I am not the only one having problem.

My son ordered ti bolt kit on 3rd August 2018 paid £135 with bolt prep. It is now 14th August 2018 and still no items have arrived. My son emailed them last week and they promised to send a new order out. Nearly 2 weeks for goods to be delivered from just down the m5 90 miles away could have walked there and back by now to collect them. Please ti springs get your act together. If you cannot forfill the order dont take the money. Now my son is £135 out of pocket due to your poor customer service!!!!!!
