I think this is an excellent program. People were genially interested in assisting me get what I needed.
The only issue I experienced is the vest was too small even though it was supposed to be a large it did not fit my 65lb Golden Retriever. When I called to tell them I needed a larger vest they said they would send an XL, but not until they received the old one. It was a very slow process & caused be to make a trip without the vest. I think they should have trusted me , that I would have returned the large & should have sent out the XL upon request instead of waiting to get the old one back. after all I trusted them with my credit card # & the purchase of the goods.
