I spoke With John and Felicia over the phone when I was still trying to get information about the PSD course. They were both so incredibly kind and John got me set up very quickly over the phone. They explained the ins and outs of the course and its everything that I expected.

I had Mr. John Willson walk me through all of the steps on how to get registered and he was very light-hearted and professional about everything. We connected and helped ease my anxiety through the entire process. I haven't had any issues from my landlord so far either which I am so thankful for as well. I need my dog to help me with both my mental and physical ailments and everyone with US service animals has been more than happy to help me. Thank you again Mr. Willson for answering all of my questions and for connecting with me to help ease my anxieties about everything. Maybe your nephew who's on the same wavelength as I am should look into getting a service animal as well.

I loved the quick response, the help, the advice, but being low income the price was a lot but I had no choice if I wanted to keep my animal.

So I'm grateful for that and the help, and the therapist actually understanding my concerns and willingly to listen what I had to say.

I would be back if if wasn't so costly but I do love knowing the paperwork is secure, the items are helpful to see that it's real.

My Theo used to be a emotional support animal but something came up and they were very nice about changing it and helped me through the process of getting him Certified as a service animal, they also helped me through the course and helped me with ordering his vest and everything else. I would definitely use them again.
