When I placed the order online, I was hesitant to continue with check out. I received a call from a rep and was glad I was able to speak with someone to guide me through the process and got a discount. The rep was very helpful. I received my order in one week. The only issue is that I ordered a small vest for my dog and it was a little big on him. I didn't want to get the small because I thought it would be too small for him but now I'm wondering if the x-small would have been better. Even with adjusting the straps to the smallest size on the small it's still a bit big on him. I will need to do some other adjustment on the vest for his waist.
