From the first time I called in, the representative thoroughly explained the process to obtaining an ESA prescription for my 2 dogs. When speaking to the psychiatric specialist, she was pleasant and easy to understand. She followed up with me a couple times after our initial chat. I received my ESA letter in timely fashion as stated I would. The renewal was even easier and faster than the initial purchase.
