I had to get an ESA letter for our new landlord. I emailed US Service Animals and received a phone call within minutes. Spoke with Caymen and was provided with all the information I needed to move forward. Was very simple and easy to understand. She also was very accommodating and patient when talking with her while I was on my walk with Zeus. Highly recommend speaking with Caymen if you get the chance.

Aaron Baker was amazing. I was so upset because our apartment complex said we couldn't have keep my German shepherd rescue puppy we just saved from the animal shelter. I thankfully found Us Service Animals. We just lost our other dog after 11 years to cancer. Things have been so hard. Aaron was so understanding and helpful and relieved some of my anxiety.
