"Channel was wonderful"

Channel was wonderful. She took her time and was very caring. She explains a lot about health that I brought up, and just using her time to be so thoughtful and caring. She also made sure that I understood the process of moving, and I should and should not do in the process of having an ESA kitty. She was great! What an amazing lady.
